Salvis Pharma Ltd. is a privately owned Bulgarian company established in 1997 whose main objective was to become a trade representative office and importer of pharmaceutical goods. Company’s first client was Novartis Consumer Health SA, Switzerland.
In the period between 2001and 2003, Salvis Pharma invested in the construction of an office and warehouse complex that enables the company to operate in accordance with all requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice. In 2006, the area of the warehouse facility was enlarged and now the company uses 1500 m2 storage and 500 m2 office areas.
In parallel with the investment program, in 2003 Salvis Pharma attracted the biggest company of Novartis Group – Novartis Pharma Services AG, Switzerland. They established its centralized bonded warehouse for the territory of Bulgaria in Salvis Pharma.
Marketing and Trade Departments developed a portfolio of services suitable for long-term and short-term projects for marketing and promotion of medicinal products. Thus Salvis Pharma successfully partnered with other renowned companies such as Sanofi Aventis and Zentiva.
In 2012, we entered into a partnership with the Austrian company Kwizda and become their exclusive representative for Bulgaria for their large portfolio of OTC products.
